AI and Third-Party Processing Vigori uses artificial intelligence and third-party service providers to provide personalized workout plans, AI coaching, and optional voice features. Information Used for AI Personalization If you choose to enable AI-powered personalization, Vigori may process information that you provide through onboarding and while using the app, including: * Name * Age and sex * Height * Starting and target weight * Fitness goals * Activity level * Available workout equipment * Diet preferences * Workout preferences and frequency * Messages and conversations with the AI coach * Limited meal-related information used to provide coaching This information is collected directly from information you enter into Vigori. OpenAI Processing Vigori uses OpenAI to provide certain artificial intelligence features, including personalized workout-plan generation and AI coaching. If you choose to enable AI-powered personalization, the information necessary to provide these features may be transmitted through Rork Cloud and the Vercel AI Gateway to OpenAI for processing. The information is used to generate personalized workout plans, fitness-related recommendations, and responses from the AI coach. Vigori will not transmit the personal information described above for AI processing unless you have provided permission through the app's AI consent process. You can withdraw your permission for future AI processing through the AI & Data Privacy settings within Vigori. Voice Processing Vigori also offers optional voice features. If you choose to use and enable voice processing, your recorded voice audio is transmitted through Rork Cloud to ElevenLabs for speech-to-text processing. Text generated by the AI coach may also be transmitted to ElevenLabs to generate spoken responses using text-to-speech technology. Vigori will not transmit your voice recording to ElevenLabs unless you have provided permission for Voice Processing. You can withdraw your permission for future voice processing through the AI & Data Privacy settings within Vigori. Third-Party Service Providers To provide its AI and voice functionality, Vigori uses third-party service providers, which may include: * **Rork Cloud** — facilitates and routes requests from Vigori to the services used to provide AI and voice functionality. * **Vercel AI Gateway** — facilitates routing of AI requests to the applicable AI provider. * **OpenAI** — processes information necessary to generate personalized workout plans and AI coach responses. * **ElevenLabs** — processes voice recordings for speech-to-text functionality and generated text for text-to-speech functionality. These third-party providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services to Vigori. We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to provide privacy and security protections consistent with applicable law and appropriate to the information being processed. Information We Do Not Intentionally Send to AI Providers Based on the current functionality of Vigori, we do not intentionally transmit the following information to OpenAI or ElevenLabs as part of AI requests: * Email address * Account ID * Advertising identifier (IDFA) * Push notification token * Precise location * Photos * HealthKit data * Purchase or RevenueCat information * Workout logs * Raw meal logs * Check-in weight notes Standard technical information necessary to establish and secure an internet connection, such as an IP address and user agent, may be visible to service providers when network requests are made. Your Choices AI-powered personalization and voice processing are subject to separate permission choices within Vigori. Before personal information is transmitted for AI-powered personalization, Vigori will present information about the processing and request your permission. Before a voice recording is transmitted for voice processing, Vigori will request your permission for Voice Processing. If you decline or withdraw permission, Vigori will stop future transmission of the applicable information for that purpose. Certain AI-powered or voice features may not function without the necessary permission. You can review or change these permissions at any time through **Settings → AI & Data Privacy** within Vigori.
